Masterfully crafted over 65 years ago, this lot offers a gorgeous animation drawing of one of the Good Fairies: Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather, from the beloved Disney classic Sleeping Beauty. Endowing Princess Aurora with individual gifts at her christening, the fairies volunteer to take care of the then-baby after Maleficent curses her with death on her 16th birthday.
Displayed on 16-field animation sheet rendered in graphite with red color pencil. The drawing show light age-related toning, handling and edge wear from production use, reinforced pegholes, minimal to light superficial wrinkling, and spots of staining on Merryweather's drawing. Overall, in Very Good condition.
